Elizabeth Connor joined Optimized Lines in October 2024 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people. Having grown up around her father Pete Connor’s work in engineering, optimization, and manufacturing, Elizabeth developed an early appreciation for the impact that improving systems can have on businesses and the people who run them.

At Optimized Lines, Elizabeth supports many of the company’s day-to-day operations, including customer onboarding, lead management, administrative coordination, IT support, and social media management. She plays an important role in ensuring both internal operations and customer interactions run smoothly, helping the team stay focused on delivering results for manufacturers.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Florida. Her background provides a unique combination of analytical thinking, communication skills, and creativity that she brings to her work every day. Outside of Optimized Lines, Elizabeth continues to train and perform as a dancer and choreographer while pursuing her long-term goal of attending law school.
