As Controller for Optimized Lines, Wendy Connor plays a critical role in ensuring both customers and projects move smoothly from first contact through successful execution. Since joining the company at its founding in July 2022, Wendy has helped build the operational foundation that supports the Optimized Lines team and the manufacturers they serve.

With a background in real estate as an Internal Sales Associate and Manager, Wendy brings extensive experience in client communication, onboarding, relationship management, and process development. Her ability to create structure, improve workflows, and keep projects organized has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Wendy earned degrees in Communications and Art History from Hollins College. Her experience working with CRM systems, process development, and operational management allows her to help optimize internal systems, streamline onboarding, coordinate field activities, and ensure customers receive a seamless experience from initial inquiry to project completion.
